| General Overview | Untypically for a scientist Max can be loud and extroverted. He enjoys the usual finer things in life - art, music and food but fell to the curiosity of science and experiments early on. Friendly, well humoured and he tries to be well dressed. Max has that ability of all Italian men to when speaking to a female make them feel like they are the only women in the world. It either gets him in trouble or out of trouble. |

| Personal History | Max's parents Alessandro and Arylana met during an event at the still oldest university on Earth. Native to his fathers birthplace of Bologna. His father enchanted his mother in song, his mother visiting Earth as a Argelian ambassador equally enchanted his father. Italy continued to enchant and they made a happy home there being engaged that night. Arylana birthed 4 babies, 3 boys before they got a much wished for daughter. His elder brother followed in his fathers path, His younger brother in his mothers. Max - spent most of his time helping out in his fathers best friends restaurant trying out different food concoctions and graduating from that to science. There was much rivalry between the brothers growing up. He had a natural outlook for Science and it was of no surprise after a stint at the Studium of Bologna that he delved further into things, joining one of the most fast moving science institutions - Starfleet. Max had just started a new post, his first as XO on the USS Oberth. Not even at their first mission location and dealing with a murder they were pulled into a portal and suddenly surrounded by lots of cube shaped ships and other strange far superior star ships. His new Captain had died in the pull through the portal and Max had too assume command. They were hit as soon as they landed in this new reality. Max ordered to retreat away from the battle immediatly. They had no information, no idea who was friend or foe and were heavily damaged. He and what was left of the crew watched what he now knew to be the battle of Wolf 359 play out. It was horrific to watch. Many died and he learned were assimilated that day by the Borg. They were rescued floating aimlessly on the outskirts where they discovered they were 97 years in the future. |
